Every person has experienced swelling, tiredness, and pain in their legs? This problem is known both to those who spend a lot of time on their feet and to those who lead a sedentary lifestyle. There are special exercises that can help relieve these pains.
They don’t take long, but they can make a big difference if you do them regularly. We have prepared exercises for you that will help your legs rest even after a very long and difficult day.
Leg Pain Relief Exercises
Exercise № 1
Stand up straight and bring your legs together. Stand on your toes as high as you can and hold for 30 seconds. Then put your feet on the ground. Repeat 5-10 times.
Exercise № 2
Bring your right leg forward as if you were taking a step. Turn your left leg on your toes and stay that way for 30 seconds. Repeat 5 times for each leg.
Exercise № 3
Get close to the wall and place your hands against it. Place your right leg on tiptoe. Place the other foot flat on the ground for 30 seconds. Repeat 3 times for each leg.
Exercise № 4
You can do this exercise sitting and standing.
Place a tennis ball under your foot. Roll the ball from heel to toe. Repeat 50 times for each leg.
Exercise № 5
Place a massage ball on a yoga block. Place your leg on the ball so that it is just below your ankle. Roll the ball in all directions for 10 seconds and push it against the block for 3 seconds. Repeat with the other leg. Do 2 reps.
You can do this exercise with both legs at the same time.
Exercise № 6
Sit on the floor, straighten your back and bring your legs forward. Wrap a belt or piece of cloth around one of your legs. Raise your leg, holding the belt with both hands for 30 seconds.
Repeat 5 times on each leg. You can do this exercise with both legs at the same time.
