Gently pull on each toe. Start with the big toe and move to the smallest. Repeat several times. You can also massage between your toes.
You should find the highest point of the ankle on the inside of the leg. Count the width of 4 fingers from this point up. Now press behind the bone and massage in circular motions for 5 seconds. Pregnant women should avoid this pressure point.
You should lie on your back and bend your knees. Take your foot in your hand and bend your toes. There will be a depression on the sole of the foot. Apply pressure to this point and massage in circular motions. Repeat with the other foot.
