French TV star and author of the bestselling Self-lifting – Camille Volaire developed a set of exercises for beautiful breasts, which became popular all over the world. You will not need any special equipment to do the exercises, so you can start these exercises immediately after reading this article.
We have tried all exercises and suggest including them in your daily exercise routine.
Exercises For Beautiful Arms and Tight Breasts
‘Catcher Of Stars’ Exercise
This is a warm-up exercise, it helps correct posture and strengthen your back.
Stand up straight, tilt your head back. Alternatively, stretch your arms, clenching your fists with each ‘grab’ of a star.
‘Elephant’ helps to strengthen the back and neck, as well as to relax the chest muscles.
Spread your legs at shoulder height and bend your torso forward. Check the position of your back; it must be parallel to the floor.
Relax your arms and lower them, then begin swinging them left and right as you walk backward. Your head should mimic the movements of your arms.
‘Cobra‘ strengthens the upper body. It may seem difficult for an untrained person to perform this exercise, but it will get easier with time.
Lie on your stomach. Put your hands behind your head. Raise your upper body and head off the ground.
Try to keep your elbows out to the side as you lift your head. The legs should be kept together.
‘Tennis ball’ Exercise
This exercise is considered one of the most important elements of this set and helps to strengthen the muscles of the breasts.
Stand up straight, with your legs hip-width apart. Take a tennis ball and place it between the palms of your hands at chest level.
Bring your arms together, squeeze the tennis ball, then relax, keeping your elbows straight out to the sides.
This exercise works to tighten the breasts and strengthen the back muscles.
Stand up straight and stretch your arms, keeping your palms up. Place a thick book on each palm (or you can use dumbbells).
Spread your arms out to the sides and bring them together in front of you.
The ‘scissors’ help to stretch your chest muscles and correct your posture.
Stand up straight and relax your shoulders. Extend your arms to the sides, keeping your palms facing down. Bring them forward, overlapping. Alternate overlapping arms with each rep.
You should repeat each exercise 20 times a day for the first 10 days, after which you can reduce your repetitions to 10 times a day. Once you achieve the desired result (according to Camille Volaire you will see the first positive results after 20 days), you can perform 10 repetitions of these exercises 3 days a week.
We hope that this set of exercises, which lasts no more than 15 minutes a day, will be an excellent help to keep female breasts firm and beautiful.
