Inhale slowly through your nose and hold for 1-2 seconds; Add another short breath to fill your lungs to the maximum; Hold for 1-2 seconds and breathe out through your mouth. Breathe out long and slowly.

Stress Relief Exercise
This exercise relaxes the whole body.
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart; Raise your hands toward your chest with your palms toward your chest; Fully extend one arm; Bring your hands back to your chest;
Return to the starting position; Repeat on each side 6 times.
