Hydrogen Peroxide
Hydrogen peroxide is a pain reliever and will help you control discomfort. Not only can it reduce plaque, but it can also heal bleeding gums.
You can use it as a mouthwash, just like saltwater. To use, mix 3% hydrogen peroxide with equal parts of water. Do not swallow it.
Clove Or Clove Oil
Clove has treated toothaches for years as it contains eugenol, which is a natural antiseptic. If necessary, use a small amount of clove powder on the tooth or chew the teeth a little to release the oil.
Also, you can use a small amount of clove oil (about 2 drops) and place it on the affected area until the pain subsides.
Cold Compress
A cold compress is effective for any type of pain. Use an ice pack or put ice in a plastic bag and wrap it with a thin cloth, put it on the sore tooth for 15 minutes to numb the nerves. It also reduces inflammation and swelling.
Garlic
Garlic is known and used for its medicinal properties. It kills harmful bacteria and acts as a pain reliever. The best method to use it is to make a paste with it and place it on the affected area or chew it slowly.
You can repeat this natural treatment for a few days until the pain disappears.
Guava Leaves
Guava leaves are anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial. They not only relieve toothaches but also canker sores and inflammation of the gums.
Either simply chew a leaf or two until the juice starts working on the affected tooth. Or place a few guava leaves in boiling water, allow the liquid to cool to a warm temperature, and add a pinch of sea salt. Use this solution as a mouthwash.
