With the help of these exercises, you can make your nose shape more elegant, your lips fuller, and your double chin almost invisible.

Facial Exercises To Tone And Slim Face
Recommendations For How To Perform The Exercises
Pose. It is recommended to do all the exercises in the following posture: sit straight up, pull in the stomach as much as you can, as if you were trying to touch your navel with your spine. Also, tighten the muscles in your upper legs and glutes. This pose will allow you to focus on the specific facial muscles that you will be working on.
Burning sensation in the muscles. There should be a burning sensation and throbbing in the muscles while doing the exercises. This indicates that your muscles are working at their maximum capacity. When exercising your facial muscles, it is your fingertips that provide the resistance necessary for your muscles to work more effectively.
Forget the pain. To relax your muscles after exercise, press down hard on your lips and blow, making your lips vibrate. This will relieve excess muscle tension and any possible muscle soreness that has developed during exercise.
Exercise For Strengthening The Upper Eyelids
Place the middle fingers between the eyebrows on the bridge of the nose and the index fingers at the outer corners of the eyes and press lightly against the skin. Look upward. Squeeze the lower lids, as if pulling them up.
Your fingers should feel the pressure of the outer lateral muscles of your eyes. Alternatively, Squeeze your eyelids and relax your muscles. Do 10 repetitions in a row, focusing your attention on the pulsing muscle. After that, keep your eyes tightly closed and count to 40.
This exercise stimulates the circular muscles of the eye, toning the upper eyelid: as a result, the muscles contract, and the appearance of your eyes become more open.
Exercise For Strengthening The Lower Eyelids
Place the index fingers of both hands on the outer corners of the eyes and the middle fingers on the inner corners. Press lightly. Look upward. Squeeze your eyes on the lower eyelid to feel the pulse of the inner and outer muscles of the eye.
Squint your eyes and relax your eyelids 10 times. Keep your upper eyelids open. Re-squeeze your eyes and look up, keeping your lower eyelid taut, count to 40.
This exercise strengthens the circular muscles of the eyes and lower eyelids. It also reduces cavities under the eyes and removes puffiness.
Exercise For Lifting The Forehead
Place the index fingers of both hands in the middle of your forehead, parallel to your eyebrows. Lightly press your fingers on your forehead. Hold them in this position and look upward, concentrating on pushing up with your eyebrows.
Continue to raise your eyebrows and relax them. Do 10 reps. After that, raise your eyebrows, press them with your fingers and continue doing lifting movements until you feel a burning sensation in the muscles.
Keep your eyebrows up and lightly press down with your fingers. Count to 30. Relax your brows and massage in circular motions.
This exercise raises eyebrows, prevents the formation of wrinkles when frowning, and helps to smooth existing ones.
Exercise For Improving Cheeks
Open your mouth by pulling the corners of your lips to different sides. The mouth should be long and oval, the upper lip pressed under the teeth. Place the index fingers of both hands on the “apples” of the cheeks.
Smile with the corners of your lips and push the corners down. Repeat this movement 35 times at a rapid pace. It’s the upper lip pressed under the teeth that helps this exercise really work.
This exercise involves working the circular muscle of the mouth. If done regularly, the “apples” of the cheeks will lift and soften the hollows under the eyes.
Exercise For ’shortening’ The Nose
Lift the tip of your nose with your index finger. Bend your nose by pulling your upper lip down. You will feel the tip of your nose press against your finger.
Stay still for a second in this position. Relax your lip and repeat the exercise 35 times. Pay attention to your breathing: it should be smooth, uninterrupted.
The exercise narrows the tip of the nose, training the muscle that curves the nasal septum, slightly lifting the nose and making it appear shorter.
